Will be going off to Hong Kong for the weekend~! Really is a trip decided at the last minute, though we have been contemplating about it for some time. Partly because I still have some leave to clear.

Since he booked the air tickets and hotel reeeeeeally last minute on the night of 28th Oct (to leave on the 10th Nov), we had a little anxiety episode. Right after he booked, he realized that my passport will be expiring in Feb 2017! Which means the validity is less than 3 months!
Totally scrambled through the night with the idea of renewing the passport, taking passport photo and all, but finally resigned when it got too late. Spent the most of the following day researching on the net and calling the ICA, the airline, and even the China Embassy. Not to mention that he even got his friend from Hong Kong to check with the immigration. =X
Well, at the end of it, we found out that the entry requirement for Hong Kong is just one month of passport validity from the last day of your intended stay (and how unhelpful ICA helpline can be).
But even during all the mess, there are so many times things got so crazy and funnie. Totally laughing our heads off.

Thank goodness everything seems to turn out just fine. The worst thing would probably be me returning trolleys to earn money for my dim sum at the airport. Hahaha. If you get what I mean.
