Keeping a Baking Diary

After seeing quite a number of food/baking/yummy blogs around, I've decided to keep my own Baking Diary online. It would be a good way to keep track of all my Bakings/recipes, and also the changes each time I made the same recipe with a slight preference change. Of course, on top of all these, it would be a great way to share and get more experiences. I may just keep baking regularly to keep the blog going.

So visit now here~!

Though I will be rather busy with Wendy's order(25 gift bags of butter cookies) these few day, I'll still try my best to post on my Baking Diary. To be honest, I'm really excited about it. About Christmas (even though I dont celebrate it, or even buy presents for my friends), Wendy's order(It's the biggest order I've received so far, and I think I'm excited to keep it going and make people taste the Bakings~!), and the Bakings I would be doing from now on!

I saw this super cute diary with cupcakes pictures on both the cover page and the inside. No pictures because the shop didnt allow photography and I was too busy trying to decide whether to get it or not. But in the end, I didnt, since it was so expensive~! Almost $15 for a tiny diary. But one of the design even got some yummy looking cupcakes recipes.

But thinking to myself, I can get the recipes easily on the internet, and for the pictures, I can bake the cupcakes and take some on my own. I'm madly in love with cupcakes now~! But it's really depressing to have so much leftover every time (There are still quite a number of cupcakes left in my kitchen now, not to mention the butter cookies). They are really yummy, but I just wonder why.

Anyone wanna volunteer to eat them?

I guess I should really start looking for some people (or even alot of people) to volunteer eating them~! I really do get depressed and discouraged when I see there are so much yummy bakings left in the kitchen. Of course, I cannot get myself to make more, if not, the waste monster will come and get me at the end of the day.

So anyone who stay near Sengkang and doesnt mind having some (or maybe a lot) yummy things to chew on every now and then, just let me know k? LOL!

The power of broccoli

*blow dust*
*sweep sweep*
*mop mop*

It has been quite a long while since I last posted anything here. 3 months, to be exact. I cant believe my tagboard is actually flooded by spams over the past 3 months. But at least they keep it 'alive' here? By the way, I don't think I will be blogging as often as I used to(I dont think I can call that often too. XD), since I'm trying to concentrate on my Japanese blog.

I am here blogging today because Ben has always been trying to tell me that BROCCOLI can actually help to increase your memory and boast your brain power. For quite some while, I think he is just bullshit-ing as usual. But he just showed me this website.

http://geniusbeauty.com/news/broccoli-improves-memory-intelligence/

Well, I do not really wanna believe it just by reading one little article from the Internet. Since I do know of people who love and eat lots of broccoli, but still have bad memory. BUT STILL, I think I would just try to include some food from the list to my meals~ LOL

Breakfast - Peanut butter sandwich
Fruits - Peach
Lunch - wheat pasta with broccoli
Fruit - Apricot
Dinner - Seafood baked potatoes
