Before I get a bigger oven,
I shall make my cakes mini.
Today's post is on
Mini Muffins!!!

It's the same old recipe I'm using,
so I shall skip all the making part.
The creaming butter & sugar, to the
sieve in flour and blah blah blah.

I'm really glad that some of them
actually rise to a lovely height.
But still, I'm wondering why some didnt.
But they taste really nice!
I ate a number of them despite
my sore throat. Now my coughing's worse.


Mini Green Tea Muffins!

They're cute.
They're yummy.
Though not as spectacular
as the chocolate ones.
