The other day, I overheard the conversation between Auntie Boss and another staff. About something that happened at Causeway Point Prima Deli, and that actually got onto the net. Well, the CWP outlet also belong to our boss, but managed by his wife (Lady Boss), who I only met once for a few seconds.
It's not difficult at all to just google it out.
And this is wad I got.For those who are too lazy to click on the link, it's about a customer going to CWP Prima Deli complaining about the golden tin pineapple tarts. The customer claimed that there were ants in the tins and also sealed in the plastic with the pineapple tarts.
The customer was unhappy because the staffs there gave her the refund unwillingly after she started raising her voice. I dont know what was the situation at that time, but it's obviously that the customer was demanding for refund.
But to be honest, it's not their fault that the ants were in the tins, or/and in the plastic. Those golden tins were manufactured by Prima Food Pte Ltd. So I continued surfing for the food poisoning incident like years ago.
Here it is.I just heard about it before, didnt really bothered me. but after reading these artivles, it seems like it's another fault by the Prima Food.
I'm starting to wonder if franchise is really going to work out these days. Since you will also have to deal with problems like these.
